If a check-in is missed, you'll receive reminder notifications. If you still don't respond after the 4-hour escalation period, your trusted contact will receive an SMS containing your emergency plan so they can check on you and your child.

Check My Child is a safeguarding app. It is not a medical monitoring device, emergency service or replacement for emergency medical care.

You can request the deletion of your Check My Child account at any time by contacting our support team.
Simply email hello@checkmychildapp.co.uk from the email address associated with your account and request account deletion.
Once we've verified your request, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Your subscription helps cover the ongoing costs of running the service, including secure cloud infrastructure, daily safeguarding features, and automatic emergency SMS alerts to your trusted contact if a check-in is missed.
